Ingredients:
- 300g of rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of snap peas
- 4 tablespoons of gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes until softened, then drain.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the rice noodles for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the wok, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until vegetables are vibrant and tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Toss everything together until well mixed and heated through.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
