Ingredients:
- 400g of stinky tofu
- 100g of cornstarch
- 50ml of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 100ml of water
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Press the stinky tofu gently between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the stinky tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, vinegar, sugar, and water to create a spicy sauce.
- Coat the tofu cubes evenly with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer over medium heat until bubbly.
- Carefully place the coated tofu cubes in the oil, frying until golden brown and crispy for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tofu from the fryer and let it drain on paper towels.
- Serve the crispy stinky tofu with the spicy sauce drizzled over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
