Ingredients:

  • 8 medium bell peppers (mixed colors)

Instructions:

  • Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
