Ingredients:
- 200g of collard greens
- 1 ripe banana
- 200ml of almond milk
- 30g of almond butter
- 10g of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 100ml of water
- a pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Wash the collard greens thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
- In the blender, combine the collard greens, ripe banana, almond milk, almond butter, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Add water to the blender to thin the mixture as desired.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more water if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
