Hearty Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 300g of broccoli florets
- 200g of bell peppers, sliced
- 150g of snap peas
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Spatula
- Cutting Board
- Knife
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Throw in broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Pour soy sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
