Hearty Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 300g of broccoli florets
  • 200g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 150g of snap peas
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Throw in broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  • Pour soy sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
