Ingredients:

  • 200g of collard greens
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 200ml of almond milk
  • 30g of almond butter
  • 10g of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 100ml of water
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • spoon
  • glass

Instructions:

  • Wash the collard greens thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  • In the blender, combine the collard greens, ripe banana, almond milk, almond butter, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add water to the blender to thin the mixture as desired.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more water if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
