Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
- 500g of Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges, stirring halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts 5 minutes before they finish roasting.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
