Ingredients:

  • 500g of beef flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 400g of mustard greens, cleaned and roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced beef to the wok, cooking for about 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in the mustard greens and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey; toss everything together until well-coated.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chili flakes if desired.
