Stir-Fried Chinese Broccoli with Garlic and Tofu

Ingredients:
- 600g of Chinese broccoli
- 300g of firm tofu
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat and add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Next, add the Chinese broccoli to the wok, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until it is bright green and slightly tender.
- Pour soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar over the vegetables and tofu, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Remove from heat, and sprinkle sesame seeds as garnish before serving.
